Sourcing & Supplier Management- Create and manage Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365- Maintain accurate supplier, item, and pricing data in D365- Track order confirmations and deliveries through D365- Support product receipt, invoice matching, and PO closureCompliance & Coordination- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval limits- Coordinate with finance, logistics, and warehouse teams- Maintain procurement documentation for audit purposes

Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field- 2–4 years experience as Procurement Officer- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Procurement module- Strong sourcing and negotiation skillsSkills- D365 procurement processing- Supplier sourcing and negotiation- Communication and coordination skills- Attention to detail and data accuracy
