Job Responsibilities:Manage and oversee daily factory operations and production activities.Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.Monitor manufacturing processes for Tempered Glass, DGU, and Facade Glass products.Optimize productivity, reduce waste, and control production costs.Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Technical Office, and Projects teams.Lead and develop factory staff while ensuring compliance with HSE standards.Prepare operational reports and monitor factory KPIs.

Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering graduate 15 + years of experience in glass manufacturing.Minimum 15…. years in a Factory Manager or Production Manager role.Strong experience in Tempered Glass, Double Glazing (DGU), and Facade Glass manufacturing.Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
