Job Description

Create detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and resource loading.Track daily/weekly progress on-site and update the project schedule to reflect actual versus planned performance.Analyze resource requirements (manpower, equipment, and materials) and identify potential bottlenecks or shortages.Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports.Identify causes of delays, perform "What-if" scenarios, and assist in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims.Act as a bridge between the site execution team and the management to ensure alignment with project milestones.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.[3-5] years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction / realestate sector.Good command of AutoCAD, Primavera P6 or MS Projects.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (dashboards, formulas, etc.).Attention to details.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
