Job Description

Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Optimize supply chain processesby identifying bottlenecks, implementing improvements, and utilizing data-driven insights.
Manage vendor relationshipswith carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
Provide exceptional customer serviceby addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the order fulfillment process.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)to track operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliancewith all relevant local and international shipping regulations and company policies.
Collaborate cross-functionallywith sales, procurement, and other departments to align logistics strategies with business objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience inLogistics, Supply Chain, or Operationsroles.
Strong knowledge ofLogistics Operations, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Planning.
Good understanding ofCustomer Service and Supply Chain Management.
Stronganalytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to use data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, customers, vendors, and external partners.
Strongproblem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.
Experience inVendor Managementand maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office, especially Excel.
