Job Description:We are looking for a strong Team Leader to lead and motivate our Call Center team.- Lead, coach, and manage a team of call center agents- Monitor KPIs, QA, and daily performance- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction- Prepare reports and work closely with Operations Manager
