Job Description

Job Purpose Responsible for collecting maintenance fees from property owners while maintaining positive owner relationships, negotiating payment plans, coordinating with Finance, Customer Service, Operations and Legal, and achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full maintenance collection cycle.
Follow up owners via calls, emails and meetings.
Negotiate payment plans within authority limits.
Resolve billing disputes with Finance.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations and Legal.
Update ERP/CRM accurately.
Prepare aging, collection and KPI reports.
Update owner data.
Support legal escalation.
Maintain professional communication.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree. 3–4 years in real estate/resort collections.Strong Excel, ERP/CRM, accounting basics, negotiation, Arabic and English.Behavioral CompetenciesNegotiation,Emotional Intelligence, Communication, Accountability, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Time Management, Target Driven, Resilience.Working ConditionsOffice and field work inside the resort.

Direct interaction with owners.

Additional workload during peak seasons when required.
