Logistics Operations Specialist

Assist in reviewing the annual demand forecasts with management to define tire quantities and sizes.Collaborate with suppliers to confirm availability and production schedules for required tire sizes and quantities.Manage order schedules and confirm shipping dates with suppliers.Ensure that container space is maximized by coordinating with suppliers on inventory levels and utilizing full container capacity.Review Proforma invoices to ensure alignment with order quantities, sizes, pricing, and payment terms.Apply for E-marks with GOEIC and assist in the processing of ACID applications via the Nafeza system for regulatory Compliance.Review and upload original supplier documents to the Cargo-X system, ensure accuracy and timely submission.Coordinate with the bank to issue Form No. 4 and align with customs agencies for smooth clearance of shipments.Coordinate with the warehouse team in preparing for the reception of upcoming shipments, ensuring stock readiness.Keep sales and retail teams informed about shipment schedules and inventory levels to help manage customer expectations.Stock & Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing and distributing stock and sales reports to suppliers (e.g., Continental, Mobil).Keep management updated with stock situation and assist with DOT (Days of Supply) analysis.Support the team in Manage credit note processes with suppliers related to operational, commercial, and financial matters.

BSc of Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.1-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management, preferably in the tire or retail sectors.Familiarity with logistics systems, particularly Nafeza and Cargo-X, would be an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.Strong communication and coordination abilities to manage cross-functional teams.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
