Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport companies.Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers or warehouses.Manage inventory records and support stock control activities.Handle customs clearance documentation and coordinate with clearing agents.Monitoring and resolve shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies.Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and local regulations.Maintain accurate logistics reports and records.Aware about EDA regulations.

Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role.Experience in shipping, customs coordination, and warehouse operations is preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong organizational and time-management skills.Good communication and negotiation skills.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
