Job Description

Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions for local and foreign purchasesPrepare and issue purchase orders and agreements for local and foreign purchases Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concernsInspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomingsAnalyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies

Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist in construction chemicals or similar role and fieldGood working knowledge of purchasing strategiesExcellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skillsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, ERP System , purchasing and resource planning systemsA bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or a similar field preferredExperience in the field of construction chemicalsOwn a car preferred
