Loading/Sourcing Agent

Manage and follow up on contracts with hotels, suppliers, transportation providers, and travel partners.Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions to secure competitive pricing and service quality.Handle online reservations through booking platforms, emails, websites, and other channels.Confirm reservations and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability.Update booking systems, ERP, and reservation records accurately.Monitor reservation status, amendments, cancellations, and special requests.Prepare pricing sheets, contract summaries, and rate comparisons.Coordinate with sales and operations teams to fulfill customer requirements.Resolve booking issues and customer complaints efficiently.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.Generate periodic reports for reservations, contracts, and performance metrics.Preferred Skills:Attention to detailProblem-solvingTime managementAbility to work under pressure Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 1–3years of experience in contracts and reservations, preferably in tourism .Experience with online booking platforms and reservation systems.Good negotiation and communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Experience with ERP systems / Odoo is preferred.Good command of English (written and spoken).
