Job Description

Junior Management Engineer – Technical Office Planning

Job Summary:Responsible for supporting the planning and management of technical office activities, coordinating between design teams, site engineers, and project management to ensure that technical deliverables are completed on time and in accordance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project management plans for technical office activities.
  • Support Head of technical in planning, scheduling, and tracking technical tasks.
  • Coordinate and follow up on technical office deliverables.
  • Monitor progress of design and shop drawing preparation and ensure alignment with project schedule.
  • Prepare periodic progress reports related to technical office work.
  • Coordinate between engineering disciplines (architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical).
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all technical submissions and approvals.
  • Assist in reviewing technical submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs before submission to consultants or clients.
  • Track and follow up on consultant comments and revisions.
  • Support in preparing project presentations and technical reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architecture).
  • 0–3 years of experience in technical office or project management support.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.Software Skills:
  • AutoCAD
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
  • Knowledge of Autodesk Revit is a plus
