Injection Production Manager

Manage all injection molding production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.Develop and implement production plans to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures.Coordinate with quality, maintenance, planning, and warehouse departments.Monitor production KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.Identify and resolve production issues using root cause analysis techniques.Optimize resource utilization while controlling production costs.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in injection molding manufacturing, including managerial experience.Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and production management.Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical and communication abilities.Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
