Job Description

Responsible for recruitment processes including sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding qualified candidates across white-collar and blue-collar roles.Implementing training and development plans and acting as a main point of contact for employee inquiries.Handling governmental and private medical insurance issuesMaintain up-to-date HRIS.Support payroll preparation by providing accurate payroll influence data.Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.Strong experience in recruiting and head hunting.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Must-Have), and high proficiency in MS Office programs & Windows environment.Using recruitment AI tools is a plus.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.Automotive Industrial sector experience is a plus.Fluent in English Language
