7+ years of HR experience, with 3+ in a managerial roleMulti-location retail HR experience strongly preferred (high turnover, commission structures, geographic spread)Built or rebuilt a recruitment process from scratch in a 50+ employee companyHRIS implementation or recovery experience required — Mwared strongly preferred;

Odoo HR, BambooHR, or similar Egypt-market systems acceptableFluent in Egyptian labor law and Tax Authority requirementsExperience designing compensation frameworks across mixed workforcesStrong performance management background — real systems, not just appraisal formsNative Arabic, working English
