Job Description

Record daily accounting transactions accurately.Prepare and post journal entries.Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).Prepare customer invoices and supplier payments.Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.Prepare monthly financial reports and closing activities.Prepare and submit VAT returns and tax filings.Handle withholding tax calculations and related documentation.Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.Monitor inventory transactions and coordinate with stores when needed.Ensure compliance with Egyptian Tax Authority regulations.Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.Support management with financial analysis and reporting.Participate in budgeting and cost control activities.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce.5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards.Excellent knowledge of Egyptian tax law (VAT & withholding tax).Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).Advanced Excel skills.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Good command of English.

Requirements & Qualifications
