Welcoming visitors/parents in person or on the telephone by answering their inquiries.Assist in open houses in the school.Promote the school competencies to new parents/ students.Guide school applicants through the general application and admission process, and Direct to the Admission office members for more details and inquiries.Answering face-to-face basic inquiries and directing to the right department for more details.Contributing in the open house preparations.Contribute to the open house invitations updates.Trace and report the attendance of the invited parents.May represent the school in some fairs and events.
