Financial Functions:Prepare Master and Departmental Budget and Business Plan including Capital Budget and Cash BudgetPrepare Periodical Financial StatementsPrepare Financial Analysis & ReportsInformation Systems and AutomationDocument ControlPrepare regular cash flow projections and reports to monitor cash flowCustomers Pricing and Credit Control Review Companies price list and allowable discounts to ensure achievement of Business Plan and compliance with company pricing and credit policies.Treasury & Bank Credit Facilities: Maintain relation ships with Banks and financial institutionsAccounting Functions:Development and supervision of chart of accounts and accounting system to ensure the following:Receivables ManagementPayables and CollectionDesign Costing SystemInventory ControlFixed AssetsPayrollTaxes: Handling all tax relation aspects
