PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES(IPE Factors: Impact & Innovation)

Being able to work with little or no supervision, following technical and safety instructions; but to ask in case of any doubt without taking risks.Knows how to follow orders and use common sense.Maintain good housekeeping practices in all equipment and working areas.Report in case of improper technical function or any other defect.Control of using materials and supplies, to achieve cost effective work.Ensure safe working conditions.Execute other jobs as required.Perform other duties as may be requested by his/her supervisorFully comply with all SCCT HSSE policies, Departmental SOPs etcPromote a culture to ensure full compliance with all applicable Safety StandardsTake diligent care of all SCCT property and materialsActively participate in relevant SCCT, ENG and HSSE Process Improvement initiatives, other Continuous Improvement Programs and initiatives

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE(IPE Factor: Knowledge)Three years Diploma, Electric.Preferred who had 2-3 years’ experience or training courses in electrical maintenance & repair field, with background on heavy equipment, PLC and drives.Ability to work with one’s hands, along with a basic understanding of how to execute manufacturer instructions and apply safety rules.Can read and understand electrical drawings.Has the ability to think how electrical parts work with the electronic control.Must be able to handle heavy lifting.

Physical fitness to Ports preselection medical standard and job specific requirements, and specifically ability to work on heights (for cranes only).Literacy and numeric to complete standard forms.Current driving license.
