Electrical Maintenance Manager – Citrus Export Station

Job Description:We are seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations at our Citrus Export Station.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and reliability of grading, sorting, packing, cooling, and utility systems.

The role includes developing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, managing maintenance teams, minimizing equipment downtime, optimizing maintenance costs, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.

The Maintenance Manager will work closely with production and operations teams to maximize equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering10–12 years of total maintenance experience.Minimum 4 years of experience in agricultural export stations, preferably citrus export stations.Strong experience in maintaining grading, sorting, packing, refrigeration, and utility systems.Proven ability to develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Good knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and occupational health & safety regulations.Proficiency in maintenance reporting and performance monitoring.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
