Document Controller

• Implement and manage comprehensive document control systemsfor all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
• Ensure strict adherence to document control procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date document registersand distribution matrices.
• Facilitate efficient document retrieval and distributionto authorized personnel.
• Coordinate with various project teams(engineering, construction, quality) to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
• Perform quality checkson all incoming and outgoing documents to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Archive project documentsin an organized and secure manner upon project completion.
• Provide administrative supportto the project team as needed.
• Skills & Technologies:
• Proficiency inDocument Controlbest practices and methodologies.
• Exceptional command ofMicrosoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong understanding ofAdministrationprinciples within a project environment.
• Experience withElectronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)is highly valued.
