Job Description

Customer Support SpecialistHorizons, a sister company of a top-notch US dental clinic, is seeking confident and assertive Customer Service agents for our call center office.Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or Video calls.Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.Inform customers about new features and functionalities.Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.

You will be working from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am in our Nasr City, Cairo officeProviding exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, social media, and video calls.Fixed two days off on Saturdays and Sundays.Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone or email.Identify customer needs and help customers use specific featuresFluency in English.Ability to work in teams.Writing Emails.
