Following up with the customers and reporting any complaints to the sales department.

Handling all required data entry tasks.Handling the different administrative tasks, filling in the system and answering the phone.Preparing Excel sheets for prices' comparisons and different reportsSearching for stationary suppliers and advertising/packing materials companies

Good command of EnglishExcellent user of Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel and Word)Bachelor degree in commerce and business administration is preferredAbility to work under pressure with problem-solving skillsOrganized and detail-oriented
