Customer Representative (SENIOR MERCHANDISOR)

Customer Communication: Maintain written and verbal communication with both domestic and international customers in English (primarily) and Turkish.Collection and Sample Tracking: Monitor sample production processes during collection preparation and present them for customer approval.Material Research: Conduct research for fabrics and accessories to ensure timely procurement of materials necessary for production.Costing & marketing : Prepare costing and negotiating it with customers to finalise ordersOrder Process Management: Receive customer requests, create order forms, and coordinate with production Planning, using mainly cıstomer ERP and PLM systems.Production and Shipping Follow-up: Verify planing and product quality on the production lines and ensure timely shipment by monitoring delivery schedules.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or related fields.Experience: Minimum of 8-15 years in similar roles within garment industry.Language Skills: Proficiency in English, especially for export-oriented companies.Competencies: Strong communication skills, effective time management, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to work as part of a team.
