Job Description

Costing section head

Prepare and review standard and actual product costs.
Analyze cost variances and identify root causes with corrective action recommendations.
Review and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and monitor waste and yield variances.
Monitor raw material, packaging, labor, and manufacturing overhead costs.
Prepare profitability analysis reports by product and customer.
Participate in budgeting and cost control processes.
Monitor inventory transactions and perform cost-related reconciliations.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare periodic costing and management reports for senior management.
Lead and supervise the Costing team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory management.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
