Supervise the Compensation & Benefits daily operations.

Ensure accurate and timely payroll preparation and benefits administration.

Review salary structures, grading systems, and compensation practices.

Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.Manage annual salary reviews, promotions, and incentive programs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company compensation policies.

Monitor employee benefits programs and vendor performance.

Prepare Compensation & Benefits reports and HR analytics.

Support budgeting and manpower cost planning.

Bachelor's degree in , Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of *5–7

years

of experience in Compensation & Benefits.

Strong knowledge of salary structures, grading systems, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.

Experience in salary surveys, compensation analysis, and benefits administration.

Solid understanding of incentive schemes, bonus programs, and payroll-related processes.

Professional certifications are preferred, including: PHR HR Analytics Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. SAP system is preferred.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Good command of English
