Job Description

  • The Commercial Manager will own the commercial performance by increasing revenue, customer traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:Develop and execute the annual commercial planOwn all sales and marketing initiativesCreate promotional campaigns and special eventsDevelop memberships, tournaments and loyalty programsIncrease Food & Beverage salesDevelop corporate partnerships and private event businessCoordinate with the marketing teamBe physically present during peak evening hours to monitor customer experience and identify commercial opportunitiesContinuously introduce new revenue-generating initiatives

  • Develop and execute the annual commercial plan
  • Own all sales and marketing initiatives
  • Create promotional campaigns and special events
  • Develop memberships, tournaments and loyalty programs
  • Increase Food & Beverage sales
  • Develop corporate partnerships and private event business
  • Coordinate with the marketing team
  • Be physically present during peak evening hours to monitor customer experience and identify commercial opportunities
  • Continuously introduce new revenue-generating initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a commercial, sales, or revenue management role, ideally within hospitality, entertainment, F&B, or leisure/venue-based businesses
  • Track record of growing revenue through promotions, events, memberships, or loyalty programs
  • Experience developing corporate partnerships and private event/group business
  • Strong understanding of Food & Beverage sales drivers
  • Comfortable working evenings and being present on-site during peak hours
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and act on new revenue opportunities
  • Strong coordination skills to work closely with marketing on campaigns and initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
