Job PurposeTo provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO by managing schedules, communications, strategic follow-ups, and confidential business matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and executive correspondence.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, and track action items.
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal departments.
- Follow up on company-wide tasks and strategic initiatives.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with business development opportunities and executive projects.
- Organize executive events, board meetings, and client meetings.
- Ensure deadlines assigned by the CEO are achieved.KPIs

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
