Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the growth of our workforce solutions services across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting outreach activities, generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings, maintaining CRM records, and supporting client acquisition initiatives.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to business development.

Previous experience in business development, sales, lead generation, recruitment, or customer acquisition.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.Ability to conduct prospect research and identify decision-makers.Experience using LinkedIn, CRM systems, email outreach, and business communication tools.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and achieve outreach targets.Comfortable communicating with business owners, managers, and executives.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoho Workspace.Experience in the UAE or GCC market is an advantage.
