Job Description

Business Development Executive (Broker Relations)Location: Cairo, EgyptAbout Unique Saray DevelopmentUnique Saray Development is a Dubai-based real estate developer offering premium residential projects in Dubai.

We are expanding our broker network in Egypt and are looking for a driven professional to build strong partnerships with real estate agencies across Cairo.

Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and onboard real estate brokerage companies across Cairo.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with brokerage partners.

Present our Dubai real estate projects and partnership opportunities.

Conduct regular visits and meetings with brokers to grow our network.

Follow up with partners and provide continuous support.

Based in Cairo, Egypt.

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate brokerage or real estate development in Egypt.

Existing network within the Egyptian real estate market is a plus.

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Owns a private vehicle and holds a valid driving license.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

Requirements & Qualifications

Based in Cairo, Egypt.

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate brokerage or real estate development in Egypt.

Existing network within the Egyptian real estate market is a plus.

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Owns a private vehicle and holds a valid driving license.
