Job SummaryElite Business Services Solutions (EBSS) is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support day-to-day accounting operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, solid accounting knowledge, and experience in handling financial processes in a structured business environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecord and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.

Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, and receipts.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Support in payroll processing and expense tracking.

Coordinate with external auditors during audits.

Monitor cash flow and highlight discrepancies or risks

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Odoo).

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred SkillsExperience in payroll processing and tax filing.

Knowledge of ERP systems.

Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance.

Experience in service-based or corporate environments.
