Technical Office Engineer - Water Solutions

The Technical Office Engineer will be responsible for technical support, offers, necessary documentation and reports, consultation, fulfilling customer’s requirements and communication with manufacturing facilities worldwide.

Our product portfolio is (Water-related equipment: pumps, filters, UV & Ozone Treatment. etc).

Responsibilities:-Selecting water-related equipment for projects, based on clients requested specifications.Provide technical support to the sales team.Visit customer when required for technical support / clarifications / orientation.Collaborate with other departments, Vendors, or other business units to ensure timely resolution to the customer’s request.

Requirements:-1-3 years of Experience in water solutions is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.Hands on experience in documentation & technical reports writing.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Learning thrive: agile to learn & grow.Customer focused: you keep the customer front of mind, can nurture, and build a positive relationship.Flexible: ease with changing priorities.Organized: you set the base and priorities within time frame.Communicator: can easily build rapport and run an effective & positive dialog.Excellent command in English & Computer Skills.
