Process Engineer

Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement.Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows.Monitor process performance and key production metrics.Ensure processes comply with quality, safety, and environmental standards.Troubleshoot process issues and provide effective root cause analysis.Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and technical reports.Support new product introduction and process validation activities.Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of process optimization and problem-solving techniques.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.Excellent analytical and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
