Plastic Manufacturing Sr. Engineer (Shift Engineer)

Oversee daily production activities in plastic injection and blow molding lines Implement and maintain optimal manufacturing processes and workflows Troubleshoot machinery and ensure minimal downtime Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure product consistency Lead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (or related field)3+ years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding and blow moldingStrong problem-solving and leadership skillsFamiliarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practicesAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
