Farm Director

Direct and oversee all daily farm operations.Develop and implement farm production plans and agricultural strategies.Manage crop production activities, irrigation systems, fertilization programs, and pest control.Monitor farm performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.Supervise and lead farm managers, supervisors, and field workers.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.Manage farm budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation.Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and logistics teams.Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper maintenance of machinery.Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Implement modern agricultural practices and technologies to improve efficiency and yield.

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field.10+ years of experience in farm management, including leadership responsibilities.Strong knowledge of crop production, irrigation, fertilizers, and agricultural best practices.Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.Strong budgeting and operational management experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and farm management systems is a plus.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
