Distribution Supervisor

Supervise daily distribution operations and ensure timely delivery of products to clients, pharmacies, or distributors.Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to prepare and dispatch orders.Monitor delivery schedules and ensure routes are optimized for efficiency.Manage and supervise drivers and distribution staff, ensuring productivity and compliance with company policies.Ensure proper handling and storage of pharmaceutical/cosmetic products according to company and regulatory standards.Maintain accurate distribution records, delivery reports, and inventory movement.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
