Warehouse Manager

Strategically manage and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and operational excellence.Supervise the receipt of finished goods and verify compliance with approved specifications and quantities.Ensure proper storage of products in accordance with quality standards and food safety requirements.Implement and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory management practices.Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal minimum and maximum stock levels.Conduct periodic and annual stock counts, analyze inventory discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.Oversee loading and dispatch activities while ensuring order accuracy and timely deliveries.Prepare and analyze periodic inventory reports and stock movement records.Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff while monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement.Coordinate closely with Procurement, Sales, and Transportation teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Monitor product shelf life and implement measures to minimize waste, damages, and inventory losses.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in food and beverage warehousing or FMCG operations.Proven experience managing finished goods warehouses.Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Experience with ERP systems (prefer Odoo) to optimize operational workflows.Ability to work on-site and manage operational challenges effectively.Strong Communication Skills for cross-functional collaboration.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
