- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Amadeus (mandatory).
- Knowledge of airline ticketing, fare rules, and travel regulations.
- Experience in ticketing, reservations, or passenger services.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Handle flight reservations, ticketing, cancellations, and rebookings.
- Assist customers with flight information, fares, and travel policies.
- Perform passenger check-in, boarding, and baggage processing.
- Process ticket sales and payments accurately.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Support passengers during flight disruptions and irregular operations.
