The role is responsible for representing the company in our indirect channels and acting as the primary focal point for customers, processing cash-in and cash-out services, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to ensure a seamless and efficient experience.Represent Al Ahly Momkn inside the strategic accounts (Universities, Clubs, Governments authorities, Microfinance & etc.….) for electronic cash collection Act as the primary focal point for customers in processing cash-in or cash-out services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for customers Ensure all interactions with customers are conducted professionally to deliver an exceptional experience.
