Technical Office Engineer

Responsible for preparing & updating projects’ BOQs and quantities survey.Review Projects designs to verify their compliance with local building codes & regulations.Responsible for the technical revision of all MEP drawings, at different phases of the work progress.Responsible for reviewing all shop drawings received from contractors.Responsible for communicating with contractors & suppliers.Responsible for creating any required construction details.Responsible for responding to MSRs, RFIs and site queries.Attend meetings with consultants, contractors, suppliers & client representatives as needed.Preparing the MEP Designs and shop drawings.

Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering.3-7 years’ experience in the construction and fit outs field must experience MEP.Computer proficiency: AutoCAD, Word and Excel are a must. REVIT is an asset.Very good command of English.
