Job Description

Build, Maintain, and grow strong, trust-based relationships with assigned clients.Understand client goals, translate them into actionable briefs for creative, media, PR, and digital teams.Present campaign concepts, progress reports, and results to clients; handle feedback and revisions professionally.Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, invoices, and service agreements.Resolve issues promptly, escalate risks when needed, and keep client satisfactions at the forefront.
