Senior Sales Specialist

Contact potential clients and generate new leads.Present and promote real estate projects to customers.Arrange property viewings and meetings.Follow up with clients until the sales process is completed.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Achieve monthly sales targets.Prepare sales reports and update customer records.

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Previous sales experience is a plus.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.Target-oriented and self-motivated.Ability to work under pressure.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.Presentable appearance.Ability to work as part of a team.
