Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 12 years of experience in OPD management.

At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role.

Demonstrated strong leadership and operational management capabilities.

Prior experience within a hospital or healthcare setting is mandatory.
