Senior HIS Implementer

Project Leadership:Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including scope, budget, and resource allocation.Serve as the primary point of contact for high-priority clients and stakeholders.Advanced Configuration & Integration:Design and optimize system workflows for large healthcare networks (e.g., multi-site hospitals, clinics).Oversee integration with third-party systems (e.g., labs, billing, telehealth platforms).Client Strategy & Relationship Management:Advise clients on industry best practices, change management, and long-term system scalability.Conduct executive-level presentations and post-implementation reviews.Team Development:Mentor junior specialists and conduct internal training sessions.Develop standardized implementation methodologies and tools.Compliance & Innovation:Stay updated on emerging healthcare regulations (e.g., FHIR).Recommend system enhancements based on client feedback and industry trends.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, or any related field.4+ years of experience leading HIS/EMR implementations in complex healthcare environments.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve escalations.Travel requirement: should be able to travel frequently (Locally)
