Science HOD

The Science Head of Department (HOD) will be responsible for leading and managing the science department for grades that follow the British curriculum.

The role includes curriculum planning, teacher mentorship, and ensuring the consistent and high-quality delivery of Science instruction.

The HOD will work collaboratively with teachers, administration, and support staff to foster a positive and productive learning environment that meets the educational standards and needs of the school.Oversee the planning and delivery of the British curriculum Science program for relevant grades.Ensure alignment of teaching practices with the curriculum standards and adapt materials when necessary.Develop and update the department's curriculum in collaboration with faculty and school administration.

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Education, or a --related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Science.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in data analysis and educational technology.
