Job Description

About the Role:We are seeking a highly presentable and energetic Receptionist to be the face of our corporate office.

The ideal candidate will handle front-desk operations, represent our company image with excellence, and ensure a warm, professional welcome for all visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:* Welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Handle incoming calls, queries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Manage front-desk administrative duties, mail, and deliveries.
Maintain a tidy, presentable, and organized reception area at all times.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing room reservations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Requirements:* Appearance: Excellent personal appearance, presentable, and strong corporate image.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in reception or customer service (Fresh graduates with strong presence are welcome to apply).
Languages: Excellent command of English.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills;
proficiency in MS Office.
