Purchasing Specialist

Responsible for managing the procurement of denim accessories while ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and smooth coordination across supply chain functions including logistics and finance.

Key Responsibilities:Process CSR orders via SAP and prepare purchase orders for denim accessories (buttons, rivets, labels, zippers, trims, etc.)Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, pricing, and delivery schedulesMonitor production and shipment timelines to ensure on-time deliveryCoordinate with Logistics and Finance teams for shipping and payment processesMaintain accurate purchasing records and supplier performance tracking

Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurementSAP MM experience is a plusStrong MS Excel & MS Office skillsEnglish level: B2 or higher
