Planning Manager

Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules for multiple large-scale engineering and construction projects.Lead and mentor a team of planning engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Conduct critical path analysis and proactively identify potential risks and delays, developing mitigation strategies.Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of project phases.Oversee resource allocation, budget tracking, and performance monitoring, providing regular progress reports to senior management.Ensure strict adherence to project control procedures and industry best practices.Champion innovative planning methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering.Experience +11years in the same field.Excellent communication skills.Strong decision maker skilled in problem solving.Leadership skillsExcellent computer skills (Primavera, Power Bi, Excel, ……. )
