Keep SAP Running: Ensure the SAP system is always active so staff can log their work and track materials.Manage Hardware: Fix and maintain the computers in the office and the rugged tablets/scanners used by workers on the shop floor.Data Security: Protect the company’s private designs (blueprints) and financial records from being lost or stolen.Network Stability: Make sure the Wi-Fi and internet work everywhere, even inside a noisy, steel-filled factory.Support & Training: Teach employees how to use the software and help them when they get "locked out" or hit a system error.Inventory Control: Use the system to show exactly how much steel is left in the warehouse so the company doesn't run out.

B.Sc. (preferable MBA) in IT or equivalent.SAP 4 Hana Certificate/ ExposurePrevious experience as a Manager for IT in SAP environment.
