FP & A Analyst /senior Analyst

Lead end-to-end Financial Planning & Analysis activities including budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow oversight.

Manage monthly profitability reporting (MIS) across categories, brands, SKUs, and customers, providing insights to support senior leadership decision-making.

Drive gross contribution (GC%) improvement initiatives through SKU rationalization, pricing strategy, and cost optimization.Analyze and challenge Purchase Price Variance (PPV) and variable overhead variances in collaboration with Procurement and Supply Chain teams.

Oversee Total Delivery Cost (TDC) reporting and lead freight cost optimization initiatives.Act as a finance business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure disciplined spending and effective ROI tracking.Lead finance automation and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives within SAP, enhancing data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

B.SC Commerce , Finance , AccountingAdvanced analytical and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
