Fleet Supervisor

Are you a logistics professional passionate about optimizing fleet operations? T&C Garments is looking for a Fleet Supervisor to lead our vehicle fleet and ensure smooth, efficient operations across Obour.Your Role:Lead and motivate a team of drivers and maintenance staff, promoting safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Manage daily fleet operations: dispatching, scheduling, and resource allocation.Oversee preventative maintenance to maximize vehicle uptime and lifespan.Optimize routes using modern tools to improve delivery times and reduce costs.Ensure compliance with traffic laws, transportation regulations, and company safety policies.Track fleet budgets, expenditures, and identify opportunities to reduce costs.Implement fleet tracking and management technologies to boost operational efficiency.
